During the warranty period, we will repair or replace relevant accessories for customers for free according to contract and technical agreements if there’s any malfunctions or damaged parts related to quality problems,including product manufacture, assembly and material problems, etc..
For those after - warranty products, we will help customers solve equipment failures by sales quotation, meet customers’ normal operation requirements and satisfy them.
We will arrange people to manage the installation and trial run of the production if it is required in the contract, and also train the working stuffs for the customers.
Regular visits of main sales areas and crucial customers will be arranged to know the products’ service condition and ask for customers’ opinions towards products design, assembly and technology, etc..
